Ayurvedic yoga massage

Ayurvedic yoga massage is a tri-doshic full body treatment that fuses together elements of deep tissue massage, assisted yoga stretches (passive yoga) and breathwork to open up the body for a feeling of total rejuvenation. The entire massage treatment takes place on a mattress on the floor and warm sesame oil is used (will substitute in case of allergies). Each massage session is tailored to match individual needs to bring about a sense of openness and wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. The massages take place in my home in Amsterdam West.
